Our Automotive Technology business is passionate about the automotive industry and produces as well as markets high-tech automotive components worldwide. With over 20,000 employees, we are responsible for the success of this business. Our product and service range includes chassis technologies such as steering and damper systems and the assembly of axle systems as well as powertrain components for conventional and alternative engines. We also develop assembly systems for body-in-white construction and produce lightweight car body components in series.

Hold overall responsibility for the achievement of project goals in an international matrix development: from first concept / architecture-development to the finished ECU platform and the start of production. You will achieve quality-, cost-, time- and customer-satisfaction goals for your ECU platform.
You collaborate with other development teams (HW, safety, motor, sensor, mechanics, etc) to align technical requirements, implementation and project timeline
You are the main contact person for control units (ECUs) platform: for our management, the development, etc.
You hold process responsibility for 'lessons learned', change management (AEMA), product validation planning and approval
You need to monitor and drive the implementation of new technologies and the optimization of our next generation modular ECU development in an international

You have a degree in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
You bring several years of experience in international project management and product development, ideally in the automotive industry
Experiences in the (hardware-) development of electronics or electromechanical products are helpful
Ideally you have knowledge about the ISO 26262 and safety-related components
You are an enthusiastic, strong communicator and bring willingness for international travels (20 %)
Your English is very good and ideally you speak German on a professional level
