-Management and execution of complex customer projects in the field of coating services
-Coordination of project related workstreams with other departments like R&D, Production Technology and Engineering
-Constant monitoring and reporting of project related costs and schedule
-Improvement and adaption of existing coating processes and support R&D within the development of new coatings and technologies
-Technical trainings in your field of responsibility
-Technical guidance to local Customer Solution Centers worldwide
-Rolling out of new technologies in cooperation with Production Technology
- Support local and global sales organizations to fulfill the growth strategy

-Degree in scientific studies or advanced technical background in the field of surface, plasma or vacuum technologies
-2 ¡V 5 years professional experience in a similar environment
-Basic skills in project management are an advantage
- Advanced English skills required; German is a plus
-Goal-oriented thinking and acting, as well as enthusiasm, high commitment and initiative
-Teamplayer with good communications skills
-Readiness to travel globally (10%)
